We work with brands to design and build regenerative agriculture into their sustainability plans. We open the door to our network of certified Grassroots farms to supply what they need. And we leverage their buying scale to drive impact at pace across the natural landscape.

We believe brands and farmers can come together to solve some big problems. We provide a solution to brands who have regenerative agriculture on their sustainability agenda. And we flow the benefits of working with big supply chains across our network of small farms. So they can transform at pace with better prices, better contracts and more inclusivity.

Our customers are really our partners. Without their leadership and vision we couldn't achieve our mission. They enable Grassroots to have a positive impact at scale by forming back to back relationships from board room to farm gate. And they benefit from totally traceable, exceptionally high quality produce direct from our network of regenerative farms.

HOW WE WORK

We work with purpose driven businesses with bold sustainability targets. Some are well into the journey of understanding regenerative farming, but many are taking their first steps and we love working it out together. What we don't do is greenwashing.

TAKE A STAND AGAINST GREENWASHING.

When a farmer joins our network we support them to write a bespoke Regenerative Farm Plan. This incorporates our Farming Standards but takes into account each farms unique context. The plan is approved and progress is supported and monitored by external auditors. Biodiversity and carbon baselines come as standard.

OUR FARMERS

We provide farmers with the support and markets they need to start or progress with regenerative farming. They focus on the farming but get access to a value-add market that's working with them to achieve shared ambitions.
